Well what way do you go? I tend to think the late great Wilson is a wonderful barometer. Whats been happening then? Well as regular listeners will know the new website is on the way, I have been barking on about it for sometime, some say too much, but the progress is looking great and it should be with you in the next couple of weeks, he says…….. We’ve welcomed aboard a new DJ and very happy we are too, Adam Mondon is true and wise, his musical background and knowledge are more than welcomed here at DCR, check out his show ‘Words into Wires’.
As part of the aforementioned ‘New Site’ we will be upping the calibre of the featured artist section which has been sitting idle for a little while, fear not we have started DCR sessions and already have one in the bag! Last week we recorded an exclusive session with Manor House Mad Professor Angrydan, it features an interview with the man himself and some class session tracks, watch this space. Also we’ll be re-airing the DJ Biffstruck mix from last year, he’s currently on a massive tour with his wonderful band The XX but we managed to pin him down earlier in the year for an exclusive mix and a fucking smasher it is too.
We are also nearly one year old, funny that, The DCR 1st Birthday will take place fashionably late on Friday October 30th at Pangea Project Stoke Newington, it’ll be free to get in and a musical trifle of taste
